Organic black sesame seeds are similar to the white sesame seeds, but are unhulled and have a stronger flavour. Black sesame seeds have a rich nutty flavour, making them a delicious addition to curries or stirfries and poke bowls. Due to Australian customs regulations, we can’t import raw sesame seeds so they’ve been roasted at 90-100C for 8 min.
